Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — Flat rate or free on orders over $[X]
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Calculated at checkout
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — Calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is coming soon.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [risonnation@gmail.com] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
